PROGRAMS
CROSSFIT
A certified coach will coordinate a 1 hour lesson in a group setting. Our fitness program will consist of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio, which will assist our athletes to reach their personal goals. Our programming is customizable to each athlete: amateur to elite.
BEGINNER'S PROGRAM
The beginner’s course is a 1 week program introducing you to the various movements that will be included in your CrossFit Training. These classes aim to make you comfortable with the movements and to ensure they are done safely! Upon graduation, you will transition over to our group scheduled classes.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Understanding not everyone is comfortable working out in a group setting, we will offer one-on-one training. This allows us to focus on personal goals of the athlete.
CROSSFIT KIDS
Fun & Functional Exercise for Kids! CrossFit uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength, conditioning, teamwork, and self Confidence.
Yoga
Improve your balance, flexibility, body control, and strength! Not only is yoga a fantastic way to diversify your workout routine but also a great compliment to CrossFit training.
Specialized Classes
Powerlifting, 5k Training, Olympic Lifting, Fat Burning, Body Building, Etc. You name it! We got it. These classes change monthly and are twice a week. The classes are included in your Unlimited CrossFit membership!
