PROGRAMS

CROSSFIT

A certified coach will coordinate a 1 hour lesson in a group setting. Our fitness program will consist of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio, which will assist our athletes to reach their personal goals. Our programming is customizable to each athlete: amateur to elite.

BEGINNER'S PROGRAM

The beginner’s course is a 1 week program introducing an individual with Olympic lifting movements and proper technique to perform them safely. Upon graduation, the individual will transition over to our group scheduled classes.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Understanding not everyone is comfortable working out in a group setting, we will offer one-on-one training. This allows us to focus on personal goals of the athlete.
